We aim to support our clients, to the best of our ability, where catalysts or adsorbents may be required. Although conversant in a wide range of industrial catalytic processes, our particular focus and expertise is in the field of Purification. Core areas comprising our field of endeavor are briefly described below.

REACTOR DESIGN

Research Catalysts uses its own know-how in matching the best catalysts and adsorbents with the appropriate operating conditions (temperature, pressure and space velocity), for each customer's process requirements or duty specification.

PURIFICATION SOLUTIONS

Catalysts & Adsorbents are our bread and butter. We make our living supplying them at competitive prices and in a timely fashion. Let us know what your needs are, what you would like quoted (product types and quantities) or the gas composition and flow rate (and operating pressure) and the conversion or purification required.

TURNKEY SYSTEMS

Research Catalysts, together with a partner to perform the fabrication and assembly, can deliver a turnkey system complete with reactor vessels, heaters, heat exchangers, piping, valves and controls as well as the catalysts and adsorbents.

OTHER SERVICES

We test precious metal catalysts (e.g. Pt and Pd types) in Deoxo and CATOX applications, and base metal catalysts (e.g. copper types) as Oxygen Getters (for O2 chemisorption). Additionally, we evaluate used samples from customers, for contamination and deactivation. Last but not least, we handle RECLAMATION of precious metal catalysts with excellent returns for our clients.
